Matthew 17: 1-13 Essay -- The Transfiguration of Jesus

Presentation The section of this analytical paper, Matthew 17:1-13, is the story of the transfiguration of Jesus on a mountain with three of His supporters Peter, James and John as witnesses. Scholarly Criticism Setting Matthew 16:21-28, the section before mine, Jesus had uncovered to His teaches His up and coming misery, passing and revival. He educated them that His devotees would need to take up their cross to be with Him.
